Now Hiring: Sales Associate – TrYumph Fitness (SEMINOLE-FLORIDA)
💲 $24K base + commission (OTE up to $65K)

This is not your typical sales role — it’s about building relationships, growing a community, and helping families live healthier lives.

We’re hiring a Sales Associate to lead growth for our KidFit youth program while also supporting adult membership sales.

What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with parents, schools, and community groups
Drive enrollment in youth fitness programs (KidFit)
Convert leads into members (youth + adult programs)
Represent the brand at local events and partnerships
Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communicator who enjoys working with people, families, and kids
Sales or customer-facing experience (fitness, retail, or memberships preferred)
Background in community outreach, youth programs, or fitness is a big plus
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Passion for health, fitness, and making an impact

Schedule:

Mon–Thurs: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
1 weekend off per month
