Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent

Base Salary + Performance-Based Compensation

We are a growing commercial real estate investment and management company seeking a motivated, highly organized, and results-driven *Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent* to manage leasing across our portfolio of shopping centers and commercial properties.

This is an in-house leasing position with strong company-generated lead flow, marketing support, and significant opportunity for professional and financial growth.

-Key Responsibilities

* Manage leasing prospects from initial inquiry through lease execution
* Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active leasing pipeline
* Prospect for local, regional, and national tenants
* Generate opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and relationships
* Conduct property tours and communicate with prospective tenants
* Negotiate LOIs and coordinate transactions with ownership and legal teams
* Maintain an organized CRM and provide regular pipeline updates
* Build relationships with tenant representatives and commercial brokers
* Work directly with ownership on leasing strategy, deal terms, rents, and occupancy goals

-Qualifications

* Commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or relevant sales experience preferred
* Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills
* Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple active prospects
* A proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented approach
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence with cold outreach and independently generating new business
* Retail and shopping-center leasing experience is a strong plus
