🎯 Hunt deals — source on- & off-market retail and shopping-center an industrial assets and opportunities
📞 Outbound every day — high-volume calls, emails, follow-ups (no passengers)
🤝 Build relationships — brokers, owners, intermediaries across U.S. markets
📝 Drive to LOI — qualify, push, and close opportunities
📊 Own the pipeline — think and act like an owner
