What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

* Meet with prospects and perform estimates
* Build relationships and close sales
* Develop referral and repeat business

Operations Management

* Schedule and coordinate painting projects
* Recruit and hire painters and subcontractors
* Manage crews and job timelines
* Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
* Maintain excellent customer communication throughout each project

Business Growth

* Build and grow your territory
* Create local marketing opportunities
* Increase revenue and profitability
* Develop long-term customer relationships
