We’re seeking a highly organized operations leader to oversee school registration, student information systems, billing, compliance, and key administrative workflows. This role manages enrollment and parent support, student records, tuition contracts, billing systems, reporting, and coordination of transportation, lunch, testing, and government-funded program logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and experienced in handling sensitive records, deadlines, and multi-step processes with accuracy and professionalism. Experience with school operations platforms, compliance paperwork, and family-facing administrative support is strongly preferred.
