Job Description
We are a well-established company opening a small, focused office in North Miami Beach and are looking for a dedicated, full-time Office Manager to lead and support our customer service operations.
This is an office-based position only (no remote work) and requires full commitment to this role. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term, stable position and can be fully present and focused throughout the workday.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and guiding a small customer service team (starting with 2, with potential to grow)
Training, supporting, and monitoring daily team performance
Handling customer communication via phone and email in English
Overseeing daily office workflow, schedules, and task prioritization
Ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy in all communications
Taking responsibility, solving issues proactively, and keeping things moving
Maintaining an organized, calm, and productive office environment
This role requires:
Full-time availability (8+ hours per day)
Strong focus and ability to work without constant phone use or distractions
Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly
High level of responsibility, reliability, and work ethic
Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
Important notes:
This position is not suitable for part-time work or side jobs
Looking for someone who can commit fully and grow with the company
Hebrew is an advantage but not required
Prior management or team-lead experience is a plus, but not mandatory
