Now Hiring: Sports & Wellness Director – Florida
💲 Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced Sports & Wellness Director with a background in nonprofit sports or community-based programming to lead and grow impactful programs serving youth and families.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee sports and wellness programs
Manage, coach, and develop staff and instructors
Build strong relationships with members, families, and the community
Ensure programs are safe, engaging, and high-quality
Support a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience managing sports programs, ideally in a nonprofit or community setting
Experience working with youth, teens, and families
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High energy, flexible, and people-focused

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience supervising staff and developing talent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate with staff and community stakeholders
Passion for working with youth and building community

Preferred:

Experience in nonprofit sports or recreation programs
Connection to or interest in Jewish community life and values
