Executive Assistant

Job Description

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Owner of a real estate development and property management company based in Aventura, FL.

This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has prior experience in real estate or property management.

Key responsibilities include:
* Calendar management, scheduling, and administrative support
* Acting as a point of contact with tenants, vendors, brokers, and attorneys
* Assisting with lease tracking, renewals, and property management tasks
* Organizing files and documentation
* Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and basic documents
* Supporting invoicing, expense tracking, and coordination with accounting
* Helping keep projects and daily operations on track

What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
* Real estate and/or property management experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
