💼 Customer Service Representative – Unique Travel Call Center
📍 North Miami Beach, FL | In-office only
🕒 Full-time, 40–50 hrs/week | Start ASAP
💻 Non-sales position – no selling or upselling required

We’re a well-established travel company (10+ years in business) and have recently opened a small, unique, friendly travel call center in North Miami Beach. This is not a big corporate call center – you’ll be part of a close-knit team where your contribution really matters!

What you’ll do:
Phone & email support for customers planning trips to Israel
Help customers with inquiries and resolve issues
Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Communicate clearly and professionally via email
Be part of a small, friendly, unique office team where your work truly counts

Requirements:
Fluent English (basic Hebrew a plus)
Tech-savvy and organized
Excellent email communication skills
High attention to small details
Travel experience not required
This is a long-term, stable role with growth potential in a successful travel company.
