We’re Hiring – Customer Service

We are looking for a reliable, organized person to join our customer service team in Hollywood, FL.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
(Friday times will adjust for Shabbat start times)

Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Answer customer phone calls and emails
•⁠ ⁠Assist customers with online orders, shipping, returns, and general questions
•⁠ ⁠Follow up on customer issues and make sure they are resolved
•⁠ ⁠Keep customer information and orders organized

We’re looking for someone friendly, professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and online sales.

We are an established online retailer specializing in tactical and outdoor gear.
