Receptionist

Job Description

We are hiring for a receptionist Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
– Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
– Transcribe notes and messages accurately
– Assist with schedule planning and coordination
– Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:
– Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
– Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
– Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
– Ability to provide exceptional customer support
