Reports to : HR manager

Pay range: $28-$32/hr (DOE)

Waste Solution Services LLC is a growing organization dedicated to excellence in environmental and sustainability solutions. We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team and support recruitment efforts across our professional and administrative functions.

Role Overview

The Internal Recruiter supports the full-cycle hiring process to fill roles in finance, operations, tech, and customer support. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and diverse hiring needs, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a high standard of recruitment quality.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with department leaders to understand role requirements.
Take ownership in job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens for US efforts and track international efforts (MX and PH)
Maintain candidate data and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
Coordinate new hire onboarding
Support process improvements and compliance with hiring policies.
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition support experience.
Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to great candidate experiences.
