Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Five Towns or Deerfield Beach, FL
Salary: $75K–$95K + Bonus (DOE)

Description:
Join a growing company seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruitment across finance, operations, technology, customer support, and other business functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
– Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring profiles
– Own full-cycle recruitment from job posting through offer acceptance
– Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels
– Source candidates proactively and conduct high-volume outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
– Screen candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage interview scheduling
– Maintain candidate pipelines and prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation

Qualifications:
– Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
– 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition support experience
– Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
– Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
– Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
