Customer Experience & Operations Associate
Overview
We are hiring a full-time, in-office Customer Experience & Operations Associate based in Hollywood, FL.
This role requires good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle time-sensitive operational
decisions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
The right candidate must be comfortable taking ownership, prioritizing urgent issues, and making decisions
that directly impact customer experience and operations.
Responsibilities
Customer Experience (CX)
● Handle inbound customer inquiries via
phone, email, and support tickets
● Resolve order, shipping, billing, and
general
customer
issues
professionalism and efficiency
● Make product recommendations and
place customer orders accurately
● Navigate multiple systems to resolve
issues end-to-end
● Maintain clear, calm, and professional
communication under pressure
Customer Operations
● Outbound order management
● Manage carrier delivery exceptions
with
● Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced
environment where timing matters
● Comfort working across several systems
at once
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Strong

Compensation & Benefits
● $24/hour
● 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience
● Experience in customer service,
operations, or e-commerce
● Familiarity with ticketing systems and
order management tools preferred
