We’re seeking a motivated and organized Food & Beverage Director to oversee all dining operations at our Country Club, which offers a fully kosher food program. The role involves managing staff, driving sales, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and working with management to create a positive guest experience across all food and beverage outlets.
Qualifications:
Experience in food service management, hospitality, or sales (golf or club setting a plus)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Understanding of kosher food operations preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
