Basic Job Description:
Torah Academy of Boca Raton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Morah to inspire and be mechanech our talmidos in Torah and Yiddishkeit. The ideal candidate will be an engaging and knowledgeable Morah, capable of fostering a strong connection to her talmidos, thereby inspiring a lifelong love of Torah and Yiddishkeit, as well as be able to foster middos tovos within a warm and nurturing classroom environment.

Responsibilities:
Create a warm and positive relationship with talmidos.
Teach daily Kodesh classes, including Chumash, Navi, Halacha, and Hashkafa, according to the school’s curriculum.
Foster a love for Torah learning and Yiddishkeit through engaging and dynamic instruction.
Serve as a positive role model, instilling strong Torah values and good middos in students.
Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles.
Encourage talmidos in their personal and spiritual growth.
Maintain classroom discipline and foster a respectful and productive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and school administration regarding students’ progress.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
Be available to mentor and guide students beyond the classroom setting.
Be an active participant in extracurriculars as they come up throughout the school year.

Qualifications:
Prior experience teaching or working with children is preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for chinuch and a dedication to inspiring the next generation.
Ability to connect with students of various backgrounds and learning levels.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
