Qualifications:
Have a love for children, are a hard worker, & have a warm personality
Ability to effectively manage a classroom of early childhood age students
Have completed or willing to complete legal DCF and student safety trainings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to maintain composure and diplomacy at all times
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
