Position: Customer Service Office Manager // Location: North Miami Beach 33162 // Type: Full-Time | In-Office Only (No Remote) // Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

We’re hiring a Customer Service Office Manager for our new location in North Miami Beach, FL, to build and lead our growing in-office support team at a well-established travel company with over 20 years of industry experience. This is a full-time, on-site position (no remote option).
We are seeking a candidate interested in a long-term career opportunity with growth potential within our company.

What You’ll Do:
Recruit, train, and manage a new team of customer service representatives
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and performance
Train, coach, and support team members
Handle escalated customer issues (phone/email)
Ensure a professional and efficient office environment

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English – required (basic Hebrew is a plus, not a must)
No prior experience in the travel industry required – we value skills over background
Proven ability to thrive in a structured office environment
Solid experience managing or collaborating within a team
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong emphasis on attention to detail, ability to notice nuances, and maintain high concentration
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Proficient with Gmail and general computer tools/systems
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
