Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk for a 4-month assignment starting in December at our Hallandale Beach, Florida office. This role involves supporting daily office operations through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and communicates well.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Monitor and restock office supplies
Greet and assist visitors
Handle general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
Previous clerical or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professional and positive attitude
Work Environment
Full-time, 4-month temporary position
Monday to Friday, standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Onsite in Hallandale Beach, Florida
