Creative Producer seeking highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee scheduling, logistics, client communication, vendor coordination, and project execution. This is not an administrative support role – we are looking for someone who can take ownership, create and implement processes, keep projects moving, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate has experience leading projects from start to finish, is comfortable working with creative personalities, can be firm when needed, and knows how to balance relationship management with accountability. Must be assertive, resourceful, highly organized, and able to take initiative without waiting for direction. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to confidently interact with high-profile clients and maintain professional client and vendor relationships. Must have a minimum of 5+ years of prior experience independently managing multiple projects, creating workflows and processes, and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
