Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and heart-centered individual to join our team as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant.

This is a hybrid role that combines marketing, administrative support, and personal assistant responsibilities to support the day-to-day operations of a nonprofit dedicated to healing, empowerment, and holistic well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications:
• Design professional flyers, graphics, and promotional materials
• Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms
• Support online campaigns and outreach strategies
• Help maintain website content and newsletters
• Assist in creating presentations and event promotions

Administrative & Operational Support:
• Manage emails and respond on behalf of the organization
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
• Follow through on assigned tasks and ensure completion
• Provide day-to-day organizational support to the director and team
• Maintain digital files and records
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and programs

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Strong graphic design and social media skills (Canva or Adobe Suite a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and responsive with strong follow-through
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a mission-driven team
• Genuine interest in mental health, healing, and wellness
