Intake Coordinator – ABA Therapy Practice

Salary:
$25 an hr

Remote | Full-Time

We’re a growing ABA therapy practice with locations in Augusta and Savannah, GA looking for a sharp, people-first Intake Coordinator to join our team remotely.
This is a front-facing role – you’re the first voice families hear when they reach out about services for their child. You’ll manage inbound leads, conduct phone consultations, own the paperwork process start to finish, and build referral relationships with local diagnosticians, pediatricians, and school contacts.

What you’ll be doing:

Working inbound leads daily and qualifying families for services
Conducting free consultations by phone (no Zoom/Teams)
Managing and following up on intake paperwork through completion
Keeping our CRM pipeline up to date so the right things happen at the right time
Building outreach relationships to grow our referral pipeline

You’re a fit if you:

Are a strong communicator – warm, professional, and persistent
Can stay organized across multiple families at different stages
Have experience in healthcare or behavioral health admin (ABA is a plus, not required)
Are comfortable working in a CRM system (we’ll train you on ours)
Are self-directed and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to stay on task
