Senior Director of Sales Community Healthcare

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Comp: Base + high-performance incentive structure

WoundClear™ is a fast-growing healthcare platform focused on improving access, efficiency, and outcomes in chronic wound care.

We are hiring a Senior Director of Sales to lead expansion across the community care segment, including:

– Mobile wound care providers
– Podiatry groups
– Physician practices
– Home-based care organizations

This role is responsible for building and scaling provider relationships and driving adoption of WoundClear’s solutions outside of traditional facility settings.

What You’ll Do

– Identify, engage, and close new provider partnerships
– Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across community-based healthcare providers
– Drive consistent account activation and utilization
– Execute territory and go-to-market strategy
– Collaborate with leadership on messaging, positioning, and growth strategy

What Success Looks Like

– Strong pipeline of qualified provider accounts
– Consistent onboarding and activation of new partners
– Measurable contribution to revenue growth
– High engagement and retention across accounts

Who You Are

– Proven track record in healthcare sales
– Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
– Home health / home-based care
– DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
– Wound care / podiatry
– Physician services or ancillary healthcare services

– Strong closer with the ability to operate independently
– Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
– Able to build trust with both clinical and operational stakeholders

This is a hands-on, build-and-close role.
