We’re seeking a results-driven and creative Director of Marketing to supercharge our growth, elevate our brand, and build deep connections with gamers and creators alike.
🔥 What You’ll Do
Lead our full-stack marketing strategy—from digital campaigns to creator-led promotions—with a focus on user acquisition, retention, and brand love.
Own performance marketing across paid social (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit), SEO, email, and SMS.
Recruit, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, streamers, and esports creators to boost reach and engagement.
Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that span tournaments, platform features, promotions, and seasonal events.
Optimize user experience and conversion across the website and app—every click should be a step toward gameplay.
Create compelling content strategies (organic + paid) that speak the language of competitive gamers.
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategy in real-time for ROI-maximizing results.
Manage internal marketing talent and outside vendors, ensuring brand consistency and quality across channels.
Work cross-functionally with the product, tournament, and customer support teams to drive player satisfaction and community growth.
🎯 What You Bring
5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with a startup or fast-moving digital brand.
Proven track record in paid digital media, influencer marketing, and performance growth.
Experience negotiating creator and brand partnership deals with real outcomes.
Deep knowledge of video games and online tournaments, especially in sports titles like Madden, FIFA, NBA 2K, and Call of Duty.
Excellent command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, marketing automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Strong creative instincts, analytical chops, and the ability to hustle independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
