HIRING: Creative Director (Remote or Florida In-House)

💡 Pay: $25–$45/hr depending on experience
📍 Location: Remote or In-House (Florida)
📌 Type: Full-Time or Contract

We run multiple Amazon & eCommerce brands — and we need a Creative Director who can blend design, psychology, and AI tools to build brand identities that convert.

What You’ll Do:
🎨 Design graphics for Amazon, funnels, ads, and social media
🧠 Create brand identities tailored to specific ICPs (ideal customer profiles)
🤖 Use AI tools like MidJourney & Veo 3 to enhance creative output
📈 Apply buyer psychology & CRO principles to improve conversions
🎥 Work with videographers to guide brand video styling & direction

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s in Marketing, Design, Consumer Psychology, or related field
✅ Portfolio of brand identity, graphics, and social media work
✅ Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
✅ Experience or interest in Amazon & eCommerce design
