Business Development & Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid / Remote

An Elite Security company is seeking a high-caliber professional to join the company in a key leadership role focused on business development, operations management, and team growth.

This position is designed for a driven individual capable of helping scale a growing security company by bringing in new clients, managing security personnel, and overseeing operational execution of contracts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both business development and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and secure new clients (venues, events, residential communities, private clients, corporate accounts)
Build and maintain relationships with event planners, venues, and property managers
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service agreements
Support marketing outreach campaigns and strategic partnerships
Operations & Staffing

Recruit, interview, and onboard security personnel
Manage guard scheduling and deployment for assignments
Ensure all officers meet company standards and licensing requirements
Maintain communication with field personnel during operations
Client Relations & Account Management

Serve as a primary contact for active clients
Maintain professional relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Coordinate operational details prior to assignments
Monitor job performance and operational standards
Administrative & Technical Support

Assist with internal systems, scheduling, and reporting
Use Excel and other software to track staffing and operations
Help produce marketing materials and campaigns (Canva or similar tools)
Support ongoing business growth initiatives
Compensation

Base Salary Equivalent: $40K Anualy

Plus:

Commission on New Jobs Secured Commission paid upon final client payment for completed projects.

This structure allows high performers to earn a significantly higher total income through performance-based growth.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, disciplined, and capable of helping take a company from point A to point B.

Preferred qualifications include:

3–5 years experience in business development, operations, or company expansion Bachelor’s degree preferred Military background strongly preferred Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Professional communication skills Comfortable managing both field operations and client relationships Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
Required Skills

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Email communication and client management Marketing tools such as Canva Scheduling and operational coordination Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
