Hiring a Remote Customer Service Rep to manage guest communications for our Airbnb properties.

Position : Airbnb Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Rep

Schedule : 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) / USA Time. Mon – Thurs

Fully Remote. Ideal for candidates in time zones where this is a convenient evening or daytime shift.

You will be the main point of contact for our Airbnb guests during the EST evenings. You will manage all guest communications via the Airbnb app/email to ensure they have a smooth and excellent stay.
