ABA Program Supervisor
Remote
25 hours/week (EST)

We’re seeking a warm, capable, and organized professional to take on a key leadership role in our ABA/Autism program. This position goes beyond clinical work and includes guiding our team, supporting staff, and ensuring a high level of care across all services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
* Serve as a primary point of contact for staff questions and guidance
* Help onboard new team members and thoughtfully match staff with clients
* Collaborate closely with families to ensure quality care and positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For:
* Strong leadership ability with a high level of responsibility and accountability
* ⁠Spanish-speaking required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Intuitive, people-oriented, and a strong judge of character
* Comfortable being the “go-to” person for staff support
* Experience with ABA/autism services preferred
