Operations Manager

Job Description

Green Image Landscaping & Tree Service is hiring an Operations Manager to keep jobs running smoothly.

* Pay: $25/hr
* Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (30–35 hrs/wk)
* Location: Work from home, must be South Florida based (Boca area preferred)

You’ll handle:
* Scheduling for crews
* Purchasing plants/materials/tools/rentals; creating POs and tracking confirmations
* Staging deliveries
* Collecting/coding all receipts
* AR call-downs on assigned past-due accounts
* Recruiting call-downs as needed (post, call applicants, book interviews)
* Sending weekly/day-before for client notices
* Answering phones and client calls

Must have:
* 2+ years in office management or scheduling or purchasing
* Comfortable calling vendors, customer and coordinating logistics
* Organized, reliable, strong follow-through; Spanish a plus
* Local knowledge of South Florida vendors
