Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

Overview:
Join our dynamic enterprise real estate management company as the Director of Human Resources. Lead our HR strategy to support business objectives, fostering a culture of engagement, retention, and performance. This senior role requires a strategic HR leader with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership position, ideally in real estate or property management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Manage HR operations, including payroll and compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related; Master’s or HR certification preferred.
Proven HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong skills in leadership, communication, HR technologies, and legal compliance.
