Development Officer

The Israel Guide Dog Center for the Blind is hiring a full-time Development Officer based in South Florida to lead fundraising efforts in the Southeast U.S. The organization provides trained service dogs to Israelis with blindness, PTSD, autism, and other challenges. The position is remote with optional office space in Delray Beach, offers a salary between $75,000 and $90,000, and is initially funded for one year with renewal dependent on meeting fundraising goals. Responsibilities include donor cultivation, event execution, public speaking, and CRM reporting. Candidates must have at least five years of fundraising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel locally and to Israel.
