Job Description
Boynton Beach Jewish organization seeks: Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper/Office Manager/Receptionist. Seeking someone for this hybrid role with both strong skills and documented experience with the following:
1. Bookkeeping in Quickbooks & AP/AR duties. (20-30%)
2. Misc administrative assistant tasks, coordinating facilities maintenance, re-ordering supplies, receiving, etc (processing credit cards/receiving donations). Event coordination, etc. (20-30%).
3. Secretarial / Reception: generally greeting guests, taking calls, responding to email, preparing letters and correspondence, some executive assistant duties for leadership. (20-30%)
4. CRM/member management/maintenance in our synagogue-specific CRM system. (20-25%). Experience with synagogue-specific CRM software (Shulcloud, Chaverware, ChabadOne, Rakefet, etc is a plus).
Both knowledge and experience in those specific roles are required, as we are recruiting for these skills.
This is an in-office position. Work hours typically 9am-4pm, M-F, 30-35 hours weekly. Remote work is not available.
Position is hourly, $30-33 hourly ($50,000-55,000 annually).
