Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, for an Acquisition Associate. The
Acquisition Associate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing investment
opportunities, conducting market research, and performing financial analysis.
Responsibilities include managing the acquisition process, conducting due diligence,
building a robust pipeline of opportunities, and maintaining strong communication with
internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Acquisitions and conducting comprehensive market analyses
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and
external partners
• Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying investment
opportunities
• Experience in performing Due Diligence during high-value transactions
• In-depth understanding of Finance concepts, including budgeting and valuation
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
• Passion for Real Estate is a PLUS!
