Part-Time Assistant – Inventory, Supplier Outreach & Reporting
Location: Surfside, FL (Hybrid – 2+ days/week in office)

We’re looking for a reliable Part-Time Assistant to support our operations team with basic inventory management, supplier outreach, and report creation. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage inventory records

Communicate with suppliers for pricing, product availability, and orders

Assist in building simple reports and data logs

Provide general administrative support

Requirements:

Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus)

Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work at least 2 days per week on-site in Surfside, FL

Schedule: Flexible part-time hours (approx. 15–20 hours/week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
