Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Urgent Care team. The RN is responsible for delivering and coordinating professional nursing care while collaborating closely with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. This role ensures high‑quality care in compliance with established nursing standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and deliver nursing care to meet patient needs in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including collecting and documenting medical histories and monitoring ongoing conditions
Accurately take and record vital signs; administer treatments; dress wounds; and observe patients for reactions to medications or procedures
Respond promptly, efficiently, and professionally to urgent and emergency situations
Maintain compliance with infection control standards, OSHA requirements, and patient safety protocols
Document care accurately and timely in the medical record
Perform other duties as assigned in support of clinic operations

Current and unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Bilingual English/Spanish
