Bridgez.digital is a fast-growing media agency dominating the Jewish nonprofit and NGO space.
We work with some of the biggest brands in the world of Jewish impact — Hillel, UJA, JFNA,
and more. We’re a small, fast-moving agency with big ambitions, and we’re looking for one
exceptional person to help run it with us.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with the CEO in-person at our North Beach office (3 minutes from Surfside),
3–5 hours a day. This isn’t a passive coordinator role — we need someone who lives and
breathes systems, structure, and follow-through. Our CEO is a visionary and creative thinker
who needs a right hand who thrives on bringing order to chaos. If you’re the person whose sock

Key Responsibilities
● Managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple clients
● Coordinating ads, creative, video, automation, and design workflows
● Turning strategy into clear briefs and action steps
● Running QA on all assets before they go live
● Leading standups and joining client calls
● Keeping ad ops clean — UTMs, naming conventions, tracking, A/B tests
● Keeping everything moving forward, always
Who You Are
● Obsessively organized — systems and structure aren’t just your job, they’re your
personality
● Deep marketing knowledge — you understand strategy, paid media, and creative
workflows
● Left-brained and analytical — you love process, precision, and getting details right
● At least 1 year of experience at a marketing or advertising agency
● Fluent in Google Sheets, Click up, and similar workflow tools
● Ai savvy and growing!
● An active, daily AI user — you’re already building your skills and don’t need convincing
● A calm, clear communicator who can hold a room and manage a client
● Familiarity with the Jewish community or nonprofit space is a genuine plus

Contract Details
● In-person at our North Beach office, near Surfside
● 3–5 hours/day, Monday–Friday (3 hours on Fridays)
● Must be reachable during ET hours
● $32–$38/hr based on experience — with room to go higher for the right person
● Strong potential to grow into a full-time salaried role
