Bridgez.digital is an up-and-coming, fast-growing media agency dominating the Jewish nonprofit
and NGO space. We work with some of the biggest brands in the world of Jewish impact,
including Hillel, UJA, JFNA, and more.
We’re a small, fast-moving agency with big ambitions — and we’re looking for a detail-driven,
proactive project manager who loves bringing order to chaos. Our work moves fast: ads, video,
creative, automation, and tight deadlines. You’ll work directly with the CEO and a senior project
manager to keep timelines aligned and client experience smooth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
• Coordinating ads, creative, video, automation, and design
• Turning strategy into clear briefs + action steps
• Running QA on all assets before they go live
• Leading standups + joining client calls
• Keeping ad ops clean (UTMs, naming, tracking, A/B tests)
• Keeping everything moving forward smoothly
Valued Skills:
• Have at least 1 year experience working in an advertising or marketing agency
• Are fluent with Google Sheets, Trello, and other workflow tools
• Can juggle multiple projects without dropping details
• Stay calm under pressure + know how to prioritize
• Understand paid media workflows
• Actively use AI and want to continue developing your skills
• Communicate clearly with clients
Contract Details:
• In-person at our South Beach office every day
• 3–5 hours/day
• Must be reachable during ET hours
• Starting at $32/hr, higher based on experience
• Potential to grow into a full-time role
