Operating Partner / F&B Director (Hands-On)

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced hands-on partner to take lead at a Miami Beach F&B facility
1. Build and direct the bar program + cocktail identity
2. Oversee the restaurant concept and coordinate food/menu direction
3. Help hire/train staff and set service standards
4. Shape the overall vibe + guest experience
5. Collaborate on events, activations, and positioning of the property.
It’s a small property, which means a lot of creative freedom and the chance to build something with a real identity. PM if you’re an interested owner/operator
