Job Overview:
The Membership Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional sales abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive membership acquisition through targeted sales strategies, networking, and referrals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective members.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing members, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular follow-up with new and potential members to nurture long-term relationships and maintain member satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns for attracting new members.
Represent the club at various social events, networking functions, and industry conferences to build brand awareness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, membership inquiries, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports to management regarding membership growth, sales performance, and market trends.
Analyze data to identify potential opportunities for expanding the membership base and improving the sales strategy.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in high-end service industries (luxury clubs, hotels, private events, real estate, or similar).
Strong understanding of the Miami market and luxury lifestyle.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A network of influential contacts in the Miami area is a plus.
A strong commitment to customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
