Medicaid Account Manager

Location: Aventura, FL (On-site)

Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 per year

Job Summary:
Our client, a leading provider of Medicaid software, is seeking a Medicaid Account Manager to join our team in Aventura, FL. In this role, you’ll partner with skilled nursing facility customers to onboard, navigate, and get value from our Medicaid case management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

– Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding and workflow setup
– Customer Success: Ensure clients see results and value from our platform
– Account Management: Maintain strong relationships and monitor account health
– Medicaid Expertise: Help clients navigate Medicaid documentation and compliance
– Product Feedback Loop: Capture client feedback and inform product development

Qualifications:

– 3-5 years of experience working with Medicaid in skilled nursing facilities or elder care
– Client-facing skills and strong relationship-building abilities
– Medicaid knowledge and understanding of eligibility, documentation, and application processes
– Tech comfort with SNF software systems and ability to learn new tools quickly
