Junior Admin Assistant
Location:
Miami team
The Junior Admin Assistant’s duties include offering administrative support to the Miami team and providing all administrative tasks to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate colleagues
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and sending of documents by courier
Perform basic office tasks like photocopying, printing, scanning
Duties to include filing, record keeping
Maintain an organized, tidy office environment
Manage office supplies
Book and manage meeting rooms and calendars
Offer administrative support to colleagues across the organization on occasion
Required Skills/Abilities:
Phone etiquette and communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a similar role is a plus
