A growing company in Miami is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations. This hands-on leadership role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing financial reporting, and creating projections to guide strategic planning.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee AP/AR processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.

Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and monthly/quarterly projections.

Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Supervise bookkeeping and accounting functions.

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Ideal Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial management or controller roles.

Strong understanding of AP/AR, financial reporting, and budgeting.

High level of proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
