Facilities & Real Estate Operations Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a Facilities & Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple commercial locations across several states.
The primary focus of this role is facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, and supporting day-to-day operational needs across locations. This position will also assist with new location openings and general real estate coordination as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial facilities in a multi-state environment, such as retail, franchise, healthcare, or other multi-location operations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee maintenance and operational needs across multiple commercial locations
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and vendor services
• Manage relationships with contractors, landlords, and property management companies
• Ensure locations remain safe, functional, and operationally efficient
• Track maintenance requests, projects, and facility-related expenses
• Support new location openings, build-outs, and operational setup
• Coordinate vendors and projects across multiple states
Qualifications
• Experience managing commercial facilities across multiple states
• Strong vendor management and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in retail, franchise, healthcare, or other multi-location operations preferred
• Experience supporting new location openings is a plus
