Contract Draftsperson

Job Description

Waldron Planning & Design LLC is a design studio specializing in residential, educational, and religious institutional master planning projects, as well as construction documentation. We are seeking a Contract Draftsperson to support our residential design projects in South Florida.

Requirements:
1. Proficient in AutoCAD.
2. ⁠Strong command of English language (written and verbal).
3. Residential design experience in South Florida.
4. Experience drafting construction documents.
5. Ability to apply established office-specific drafting standards.
6. Must be detail oriented, able to exercise good judgment and willing to take direction.
7. Degree in Architecture is not required.

Additional Information:
1. Compensation is on a per-project basis, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and workload.
2. Familiarity with South Florida building practices and codes is essential.
3. Applicant does not need to reside in south Florida, but it would be helpful for future growth opportunity.
