Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
📍 Miami Midtown

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Payroll processing and reporting
• QuickBooks data entry and reconciliation
• General office and administrative duties

Requirements:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Details:
🕘 Hours: Mon–Thu 9am–5pm, Fri 9am–3pm
💰 Salary: Commensurate with experience
