We’re seeking a Bilingual Sales Dispatch Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. This role connects marketing and sales, handling appointment scheduling, confirming leads, managing rep calendars, and ensuring every sales opportunity is maximized.

Must speak very fluent English and Spanish, be confident on the phone, organized, and great at persuasion. Full-time, in-office (North Miami), Monday to Friday.

Compensation: $50–65K base + commissions (earn $100K+).
