Soap and detergent manufacturer seeks detail-oriented, administrative assistant with bookkeeping background in modern Aventura office.

Responsibilities: Managing bookkeeping, email & correspondence. Preparing state, local and federal bids. Scheduling meetings and appointments. Maintaining and organizing files and documents. Assisting with various administrative tasks, sales and marketing. Requirements : Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Outlook, Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel and Power Point. Previous administrative experience required. Must be timely and reliable.
