Account Manager at AI Tech Startup

– Location: Aventura, FL (Mon-Thurs in-office, Work-from-home Fridays)

– Experience: 2-6 years in account management/customer service

– Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year + annual bonus

– Benefits: Medical insurance, generous PTO

Responsibilities:

– Manage and grow client relationships

– Identify new sales opportunities

– Provide exceptional customer service

– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues

Requirements:

– 2-6 years of account management and customer service experience

– High energy and motivation to meet sales targets

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Software experience: Experience working with software solutions and technology industry is required

Nice to Have:

– Medicaid experience
