Traveling Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care
Apex Medical Associates | South Florida | $75–$85/hr + mileage

About the Role
Apex Medical Associates is expanding our mobile wound care division. We’re hiring an experienced, wound-care certified Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home and facility-based wound care across South Florida.

What You’ll Do
• Perform wound assessments, debridement, and treatment
• Monitor and document healing progress
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians as needed
• Travel locally to patient sites (mileage reimbursed)

What We’re Looking For
• Active Florida NP license (unrestricted)
• Wound Care Certification (WOCN, CWCN, or equivalent)
• 2+ years of wound care experience
• Ability to work independently + reliable transportation

Compensation & Schedule
• $75–$85/hr (1099 independent contractor)
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate (67¢/mile)
• Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling
