The Social Programs Facilitator leads dynamic, inclusive social experiences that foster friendship, confidence, and independence. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong leader and a hands-on mentor—someone who thrives in building programs while also building people.

What You’ll Do
Design and lead engaging social programs for children and adults with special needs
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to ensure meaningful engagement
Support mentorship, Business Ambassador, and vocational initiatives
Build partnerships with local businesses to expand job training and mentorship opportunities
Serve as a job coach, working directly with students to develop workplace skills and confidence
Promote programs through community outreach and social media

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for inclusion and community engagement
The schedule includes three Sundays and two Thursday evenings per month.
